The right type of exercise enhances healing.


Tonya can prescribe the right type of exercises for your condition along with advice on how to keep active and progress towards your goals.


The sessions include a mix of physiotherapy pilates mat and reformer, relaxation and breathing, resistance bands, weights, balance and coordination.  Exercises are tailored specifically to your needs.

 

Exercise therapy could involve one or two exercises,  longer home programmes or private or duo exercise therapy sessions at the clinic.
